My alarm didn't ring

1. In Alarmling, open Settings > Alarm optimization and allow everything under "Essential alarm permissions".
2. Check that the alarm is switched on and the time and days are right.
3. Set a test alarm a few minutes ahead and lock your phone.

On Android, also remove battery restrictions for Alarmling and allow alarms in Do Not Disturb. The app's FAQ has guides for Samsung, Pixel, Xiaomi and other makers. A phone that's switched off can't ring.

New phone

Under Settings > Backup & restore you save your alarms to a file and bring them back on your new phone. The backup only holds your alarms. To get Pro back on the new device, tap "Restore" on the Pro page.

Cancelling, restoring and refunding Pro

• Cancel on iPhone: Settings app, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions > Alarmling > Cancel Subscription.
• Cancel on Android: Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Alarmling > Cancel subscription.
• Restore: tap "Restore" on the Pro page in Alarmling. Your phone needs to be signed in to the account you bought with.
• Refund: ask Apple or Google directly, because they handle the purchase.

Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription. There's more in the Terms of Use.

Changing personalised ads

Under Settings > About > Privacy choices you decide whether ads may be tailored to you. Google's privacy options are there too.

I can't delete Alarmling

Then the uninstall protection is on, which only exists on Android. In Alarmling, go to Settings and turn off "Prevent app uninstall", then delete the app as usual. If that doesn't work, search your phone's settings for "device admin apps" and deactivate Alarmling there.
